Wilkestock 2019 Preview

Wilkestock is now in its 12th year, the 3-day festival started with just 30 people in a field and a stage made out of milk crates. Since then the festival has snowballed massively, through the generosity of people’s time and skills but the home grown ethos and donating all profits to charity has never changed.

Wilkestock is back for 2019 and proud to announce headliners Slaves and We Are Scientists in what promises to be a great weekend in the Hertfordshire countryside. This year the festival consists of 6 stages including The Main Stage, Bella’s Stage, Rise of Bam stage, Bramble’s Stage, Rock Up And Rinse Stage, Berry’s Wood stage and the Secret Stage as well as a silent disco and kidz stage.

Since 2007 top artist such as The Fratellis, Tom Grennan, Mallory Knox, Razorlight, Vant, Cabbage, Carl Barât & The Jackals, Friction, Beans on Toast and The Sherlocks have all graced the stage so you can expect to discover your new favourite band.

Wilkestock has onsite camping as well as day tickets with all profits being donated to Bloodwise and KMRT. If you don’t fancy the full camping experience then Trainline tells us trains run from Stevenage station until midnight plus there is a shuttle bus meaning you still have a chance to enjoy the music and you can still donate to charity – win, win!

Wilkestock is a family-friendly festival who pride themselves on comfort and safety but you big kids can expect things to get lively in the evening. Tickets are still available here.
